In our floristry and logistics as well as at our shipping partner, special measures have been taken to protect against the virus. Unfortunately, many florists are closed or have problems with the supply of flowers. Currently we only deliver via the nationwide grower of Regionsflorist. The parcels with the flower shipments are currently delivered by DHL without contact between the deliverer and the recipient. The deliverer puts the shipment in front of the door, a signature is currently not necessary. Should there be a delay in delivery due to the special circumstances, we ask for your understanding.
Our suppliers are also affected by the restrictions and measures. It may be that our range can be limited due to delivery problems with our suppliers and not all items can be delivered. When arranging the bouquets, there may be minimal deviations in individual cases. Please excuse that. If an article is not available, we will contact you to find a solution.
