To ensure the correct delivery of your order, we require a valid and correct address from you. An incorrect or invalid address may result in the flowers being returned by the shipping provider (e.g., DPD or DHL).
We are not liable for deliveries to an incorrect address provided by you. Therefore, we cannot issue a refund, as the goods could not be delivered. Additionally, we charge a processing fee for returns and provide a return shipping label. Due to the perishable nature of the products, they cannot be used after receipt.
You can select standard DHL shipping during the checkout process if you order before 3:00 PM on weekdays. Then we ship the bouquet to DHL on the same day.
By default, we ship one day before the selected delivery date. Please note that on special days such as holidays or Mother's Day, we sometimes ship two days before the selected delivery date. The delivery time for standard DHL shipping is 1-2 business days.
We cannot guarantee that the package will actually be delivered on the selected delivery date. The delivery time for standard DHL shipping is 1-2 business days.
Delivery to private addresses If your order is to be delivered to a private address, please ensure that the recipient's name is clearly visible on the doorbell and mailbox. Otherwise, our shipping partner cannot deliver the order. Our shipping partner cannot deliver to a parcel shop, a Packstation, or a P.O. box. Therefore, you cannot use any of these addresses as your delivery address. IMPORTANT: If the recipient cannot be found, the delivery will be made to a neighbor. If the delivery person is unable to deliver to the specified address, the package may be taken to a post office or collection point. The prices listed on the product pages include VAT and all other applicable charges. Shipping within Germany costs a flat rate of €6.95.
You can choose to pay by credit card, Sofort, Bancontact/Mister Cash, iDeal, PayPal, or Maestro.
We deliver all flowers and plants by courier, e.g., DHL. This means that delivery of products to a hospital, a military base, a crematorium, or a cemetery, for example, may not always go smoothly.
Deliveries to mailboxes or locations where no one can accept the package are usually returned to us. This is because a courier cannot deliver there. For this reason, we cannot guarantee delivery to every location where a postal courier cannot always deliver. If you still wish to attempt to send this, please note that you do so at your own risk. You can track your shipment, but it is not possible to make any adjustments after it has been shipped from our location. We cannot refund any costs incurred due to a returned package. Please take this into consideration.
